Now to him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the presence of his glory with great joy,
The Lord will rescue me from every evil deed and bring me safely into his heavenly kingdom. To him be the glory forever and ever. Amen.
Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us,
he has now reconciled in his body of flesh by his death, in order to present you holy and blameless and above reproach before him,
My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand. I and the Father are one.”
so that he might present the church to himself in splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish.
Now may the God of peace who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, by the blood of the eternal covenant, equip you with everything good that you may do his will, working in us that which is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. knowing that he who raised the Lord Jesus will raise us also with Jesus and bring us with you into his presence.
Now to him who is able to strengthen you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery that was kept secret for long ages but has now been disclosed and through the prophetic writings has been made known to all nations, according to the command of the eternal God, to bring about the obedience of faith— to the only wise God be glory forevermore through Jesus Christ! and in their mouth no lie was found, for they are blameless.
What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
For the Son of Man is going to come with his angels in the glory of his Father, and then he will repay each person according to what he has done.
But rejoice insofar as you share Christ's sufferings, that you may also rejoice and be glad when his glory is revealed.
For I feel a divine jealousy for you, since I betrothed you to one husband, to present you as a pure virgin to Christ.
For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison,
Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life.
Who are you to pass judgment on the servant of another? It is before his own master that he stands or falls. And he will be upheld, for the Lord is able to make him stand.
For you make him most blessed forever; you make him glad with the joy of your presence.
For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord.
When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.
Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ.
For whoever is ashamed of me and of my words, of him will the Son of Man be ashamed when he comes in his glory and the glory of the Father and of the holy angels.
“When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on his glorious throne.
Jesus said to them, “Truly, I say to you, in the new world, when the Son of Man will sit on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
Then I will go to the altar of God, to God my exceeding joy, and I will praise you with the lyre, O God, my God.
