Search data from Google shows which English Bible translations people are looking for.
The chart estimates what percentage of Bible-translation-specific Google searches each month are for particular translations of the Bible. The idea is to give an estimate of what mindshare each translation has, regardless of what sales figures reflect. This chart uses data publicly available from Google: it’s a blend of data from Google Trends and the Google Keyword Tool. Starting June 2013, the keyword data comes from the Google Keyword Planner. Starting November 2015, the keyword data comes exclusively from Google Trends.
