for the righteous falls seven times and rises again, but the wicked stumble in times of calamity.
Rejoice not over me, O my enemy; when I fall, I shall rise; when I sit in darkness, the Lord will be a light to me. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.
He will deliver you from six troubles; in seven no evil shall touch you.
We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying in the body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our bodies. While people are saying, “There is peace and security,” then sudden destruction will come upon them as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.
The wicked is overthrown through his evildoing, but the righteous finds refuge in his death.
A wicked messenger falls into trouble, but a faithful envoy brings healing.

Blessed is the one who fears the Lord always, but whoever hardens his heart will fall into calamity. Like a roaring lion or a charging bear is a wicked ruler over a poor people. A ruler who lacks understanding is a cruel oppressor, but he who hates unjust gain will prolong his days. If one is burdened with the blood of another, he will be a fugitive until death; let no one help him. Whoever walks in integrity will be delivered, but he who is crooked in his ways will suddenly fall.
His mischief returns upon his own head, and on his own skull his violence descends.
So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. Then the wrath of the king abated.
